intelligence: from secrets to policy

A primer on 'roids, IC maven Mark Lowenthal's Intelligence: From Secrets to Policy has been used as a text for both beginning and advanced instruction in the community. In many ways it is a blueprint for how the nature of work community-wide shifted over the past few years - reflecting a CIA-esque approach - a shift that the author had just a skosh of a role in (insert wry look here). An excellent companion to Silent Warfare.
