they get it

We’ve got schools kicking ROTC out, Chinese schools can’t get enough of it. OK, slightly different dynamic, but you see where this is going.

Gotta get smarter at this, or we’re going to be too far behind to matter. OpenCourseWare and ideas like this are a start.
